The usual burgers, but with a surprise that will delight your guests.
1 kg of ground boneless shoulder
2 Tuscan sausages
2 medium chopped onions
1 tablespoon of ground chili
1 cup of chopped parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 salt
2 egg yolks
300gr cheddar
Ground biscuit
In a bowl, place the ground meat and mix with the stuffing of the Tuscan sausages, when everything is well mixed add the parsley and finely minced garlic, the onion, the ground chili pepper and the salt.
Finally, add the yolks, mix well and that's it. Next, you have to assemble the burgers by placing cheddar cheese in the middle and sealing them with the ground cookie.
When they are ready, place on the grill over medium heat, once golden, turn and let them brown well for about 15 more minutes.
A delicious touch that will leave your guests wanting more: Place 1 cup of soy sauce in a pot and add 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, stir until thickened.
If you want a really different burger, play with the types of buns: You can use beet or onion buns.
Another infallible tip is to caramelize the onion: For that you must place 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, and add an onion cut into julienne ... when the onion is soft, add 1 cup of brown sugar, let it melt until it becomes caramel, and remove before it becomes too brown.
